The Kilgen Organ

The magnificent Kilgen Organ serves as the heart of the music liturgy at St. John Nepomuk. Built in 1940 by the Kilgen Organ Company, this two-console, thirteen-rank pipe organ delivers a rich and resonant sound, from the deep 16' sub-bass to the bright 2' piccolo. For decades, its melodies have filled the church, with its most exquisite tones coming from its beautifully crafted flute stops.
